Hi!! I'm so glad you're here. I'm Vanessa Joy, a photographed based in St. Louis and the Bay Area.

I've loved photography nearly all my life-- I received my first camera when I was six--it was a pink point-and-shoot, and it was everything I dreamed of. I took it with me everywhere, always wanting to capture life's greatest moments. Not much has changed since, with the exception of a major update to my equipment ;)

I aim for my sessions to contain the same feelings of bliss I had when I was six years old. Getting your picture taken should not be a stressful process-- it should be exciting! You should feel beautiful & empowered. I aim to do just that. I'm your ultimate hype-woman and supporter, and I want you to feel like a rock star after our session.
